How can I help you
I am a Registered Dietitian with over ten years of experience. I can provide nutrition counseling in individual and group settings. Individual nutrition assessment includes, diet recall, review of height , weight, nutrition education based on your needs and a take, home meal plan to include meal and snack ideas. Group sessions are starting in June. Come in and join the fun. Please see a list of group classes under services. Diabetes group classes will include glucometer teaching and assessment of your glucose values. I am also a Certified Diabetes Educator and I can help!

As a new Registered Dietitian to Needham, Massachusetts, I would enjoy being a part of your community and surrounding towns. I am currently accepting new patients as a Consultant out of Internists Associated, 105 Chestnut St., Needham Massachusetts. I can provide to your community, corporate nutrition talks, lunch and learn nutrition education sessions at your corporation or place of business. Healthier staff are always better workers! Nutrition talks can also be provided within your schools or local gyms/YMCAs. I do provide grocery store tours. Contact me today to set up your tour. I can help you make better food selections!

Food For Thought
Antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables can help prevent disease. Use the recipe below to add a little color and antioxidants to your meal time. Brighter the Color the Better!
Spinach, Walnut and Berry Salad
10 ounces of fresh spinach-rinsed, dried into bite sized pieces
1 quart of strawberries- cleaned, hulled and sliced
2T of sugar, can be sugar in the raw
½ cup of olive oil
¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
1 T of minced onions
3 T of crushed walnuts
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, olive oil, vinegar, and onion. Cover and chill for 60 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries and walnuts. Pour dressing over salad, toss and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
